Return policy
We provide a hassle-free 30-day return policy orders, with the exception of non-refundable items. This policy allows ample time for you to evaluate your purchase. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, have all tags attached, and be in their original packaging. Additionally, please ensure that you include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Instructions
1To start the returns process, please log in to the Returns portal section at the bottom of our website. From there, filter your orders by selecting “Eligible for Return” to find the relevant order details. You can then proceed with the return process by selecting “Start Return”.
2 We kindly ask that you complete the online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request form to initiate the return process. This form will facilitate a more efficient processing of your return request.3 To ensure the smooth processing of your return, we kindly request that you send the item(s) and invoice in their original packaging. You may utilize the preprinted label included with your Return Merchandise Authorization; please note that the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund in this case. Alternatively, you may opt to purchase a shipping label from your preferred carrier.
For your peace of mind, we recommend using an insured ground service with a tracking number to return the package. Please be advised that we cannot assume responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. Furthermore, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Upon receipt of your return, we will confirm that it meets our criteria and process your refund within ten business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected on your bank or credit card statement.
We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery. Before signing for the package, customers have the right to examine the exterior of the box and report any damage to the driver. It is essential to notify the driver and ensure that the package is coded as damaged at the time of delivery for insurance purposes. Please be aware that packages not marked as damaged may result in partial or no refund.
