      Easy 30-Day Return

      We provide a hassle-free 30-day return policy orders, with the exception of non-refundable items. This policy allows ample time for you to evaluate your purchase. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, have all tags attached, and be in their original packaging. Additionally, please ensure that you include your receipt or proof of purchase.

      Return Instructions

      1To initiate the return process, please log into the My Account/My Orders section of our website. From there, filter your orders by selecting "Eligible for Return" to locate the relevant order details. You can then proceed with the return by choosing the "Start a Return" option.

      2 We kindly ask that you complete the online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request form to initiate the return process. This form will facilitate a more efficient processing of your return request.

      3 To ensure the smooth processing of your return, we kindly request that you send the item(s) and invoice in their original packaging. You may utilize the preprinted label included with your Return Merchandise Authorization; please note that the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund in this case. Alternatively, you may opt to purchase a shipping label from your preferred carrier.

      For your peace of mind, we recommend using an insured ground service with a tracking number to return the package. Please be advised that we cannot assume responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. Furthermore, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

      Upon receipt of your return, we will confirm that it meets our criteria and process your refund within ten business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected on your bank or credit card statement.

      We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery. Before signing for the package, customers have the right to examine the exterior of the box and report any damage to the driver. It is essential to notify the driver and ensure that the package is coded as damaged at the time of delivery for insurance purposes. Please be aware that packages not marked as damaged may result in partial or no refund.

      Standard Return Policy

      We offer a hassle-free 30-day returns policy orders, excluding non-refundable items. Refund or Replacement within 30 days of the delivery date. All products that fall under the Standard Return Policy qualify for our 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns. Please see the section above for more details.

      Manufacturer Only Return Policy

      Covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the terms and conditions for the manufacturer's warranty or contact the manufacturer.


      Extended Holiday Return Policy.

      Qualifying purchases of products displaying the " Extended Holiday Return Policy ", from November 1st, 2023 to December 25, 2023, are eligible for a Refund or Replacement until January 31, 2024.

      Qualifying purchases of products displaying the " Extended Holiday Replacement-Only Return Policy ", from November 1st, 2023 to December 25, 2023, are eligible for a Replacement until January 31, 2024.



      Eligibility Conditions

      Please review the conditions outlined below. Should any of these conditions not be satisfied, Futuretechpro reserves the right to either refuse the return or impose a minimum restocking fee of 15%. All returned items must be in new condition, housed in their original, unaltered packaging (including an intact UPC code), and accompanied by all packing materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, free items, and accessories. The retail value of any free items retained will be deducted from your total reimbursement. Futuretechpro can only refund the original purchase price, and shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

          Nonreturnable Items

      • Opened TVs, combos and monitors 37" and larger — original packaging cannot be unsealed
      • Opened computers and computer software — original packaging cannot be unsealed
      • Electronic software downloads
      • Opened consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, ink cartridges, etc.)
      • Any computers built or modified by Futuretechpro to customer specifications
      • Select special-order merchandise, or any item indicated on the website as nonreturnable!
      • Underwater equipment that has been submerged
      • Opened or unwrapped educational tapes and books
      • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
      • Can not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

      Defective or Damaged Items

      Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask that you inspect it thoroughly. If you discover any defects, damage, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the situation and rectify it. Customers have the right to examine the outer packaging and report any damage to the delivery driver. It is important to notify the driver and ensure that the package is marked as damaged at the time of delivery, as this is necessary for your insurance claim. Packages not marked as damaged may result in a partial or no refund. To expedite the return process, please include supporting photographs that illustrate the damage or defect.

      Additionally, all new products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If a product ceases to function within 30 days of purchase, we recommend contacting the manufacturer for technical support or to initiate a warranty claim.


      Exchanges

      The most efficient method to acquire the desired item is to return the current one. Once the return is processed, you may proceed with a separate purchase for the new item. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the processing of mail-in exchanges.

      Refunds & Credits

      We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return, informing you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

      Additionally, be aware that incomplete returns and those involving opened or used products are subject to a restocking fee of at least 15-20%. If the information provided does not accurately reflect the condition of the product, a higher restocking fee may be assessed based on its true condition.

      Reminder About Refunds for Large Orders

      At Futuretechpro, we strive to provide the best service and ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes refunds are necessary. However, when it comes to refunds for amounts exceeding $5000, please be aware that some deductions may apply for the following reasons:

      Shipping Costs: Shipping high-value items involves significant expenses for packaging and delivery. When a refund is requested on such orders, a portion of the initial amount may already have been allocated to cover these non-recoverable shipping costs.

      Operational Costs: Operating our business necessitates various expenses like warehousing, packaging, labor, and overheads, which are incurred as part of the order fulfillment process. Refunding large orders implies that we have already borne these expenses, and they can't be fully recovered.

      Transaction Costs: Financial transactions, especially those involving substantial amounts, entail fees imposed by payment processors. These fees are calculated as a percentage of the transaction value and are applicable both to the original sale and the refund, thereby adding to the overall cost.

       We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our refund policy for large orders.


      Limited Liability

      Futuretechpro disclaims responsibility for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. We are also not liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the sale or use of any products purchased from us; our liability is limited solely to the monetary value of the merchandise. Furthermore, claims regarding missing items or items damaged during transit must be submitted within two (2) business days of receiving the merchandise. Please be advised that any electronics containing user profile data must be either factory reset or unlocked before being returned to Futuretechpro.
